Each of us brings our own strengths and personality to family life, helping to make your stay at the Stegerhof a truly special experience.
Elmar is the all-rounder on the farm. With his practical skills, talent for finding solutions, and great dedication, he makes sure everything runs smoothly and that the farm is always well cared for. Whether it’s a small repair, work in the barn, or a new project, Elmar is someone you can always rely on.
Heidi is the heart and soul of the Stegerhof. She keeps everything organised, looks after the house and the farm, and with her warm-hearted nature makes family, animals, and guests feel equally at home. Her attention to the little details helps create the personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes the Stegerhof so special.
Franz brings technical expertise and practical skills to everyday family life. As a dental technician, he works with precision and care, while in his free time he also enjoys everything related to technology and the digital world.
Elisabeth, with her open and sunny personality, brings plenty of warmth and energy to everyday life. She devotes much of her time to her young son, Max, who with his curiosity, smile, and endless energy brings a fresh sense of joy to the Stegerhof every day, making family life on the farm even more lively.
Farm Life
Work at the Stegerhof is varied and follows the rhythm of the seasons. From early-morning milking to haymaking in summer, we work in harmony with nature.
We take great care of our bees, cows, pigs, cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs. Our connection with the animals is especially important to us: they are an integral part of our daily life and bring their own unique character to the farm.
The work is never truly finished, but that is exactly what makes life on the farm so lively. As a family, we roll up our sleeves and work side by side, giving our best every day. Our guests are warmly invited to gain a genuine insight into daily life at the Stegerhof.
